Return Policy

1. Return Window

We offer a generous 60-day return window from the date your order is officially marked as delivered by the carrier.

2. Eligible Return Conditions

We accept returns for items that are:

  • Brand new, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Lightly used with normal, gentle handling (e.g., jewelry tried on for fit, or apparel tried on for sizing).

Please Note: We reserve the right to deny a return if the product shows clear signs of customer-caused damage, abuse, or improper alteration.

3. Return Process (Step-by-Step)

To initiate a return, please contact our support desk directly:

  • Our team will review and respond to your request within 2 business days.

If your return is approved:

  • We will email you a prepaid return shipping label.
  • You will receive clear instructions on how to package and send your item back to our studio.
  • Return Shipping Fee: Customers do NOT pay any return shipping fees. Sneeber covers 100% of the return shipping cost.
  • Please do not send items back to our address without contacting us first.

Order Cancellation Policy

You may request an order cancellation within 24 hours of placing it.

  • To cancel, please email [email protected] immediately.
  • If your order has not yet entered production or shipping preparation, we will stop the order and issue a full refund immediately.
  • If the order has already been processed or shipped (especially for our printed apparel items), it can no longer be canceled, but you can still utilize our 60-day return policy once the item arrives.

Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund once your returned item is received at our studio and inspected, or if your cancellation request was successfully processed within the 24-hour window.

2. Refund Method (Crucial)

All approved refunds will be issued directly back to the original method of payment used during your checkout (whether it was PayPal, Credit Card, or Debit Card). We do not issue refunds to alternative accounts or different payment methods to ensure financial security and compliance.

3. Refund Processing Time

  • Sneeber Processing Time: Within 4 business days after inspecting your return.
  • Banking/Cổng thanh toán Processing Time: Once we issue the refund, your bank or payment processor (PayPal/Credit Card networks) may take an additional 2 to 3 business days to post the funds to your account.
  • Total Estimated Time: 4 to 7 business days. You will receive an automated email confirmation the moment the refund is initiated on our end.

Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Items intentionally damaged, altered, or misused by the customer.
  • Return requests made after the 60-day window has expired.
