  • Why We Have a Strict 24-Hour Window: Because we operate as an independent custom design studio, many of our apparel and merchandise items enter custom print-on-demand (POD) production lines immediately after this period. Once materials have been allocated and printing has begun, the order can no longer be stopped or canceled.
  • Cancellation requests submitted after the 24-hour mark are not eligible for cancellation, but they are fully protected under our standard 60-day Return & Refund Policy upon delivery.

Please note: Orders that have already been customized, packed, or handed over to shipping carriers cannot be canceled under any circumstances. In these instances, you must wait for the package to arrive and utilize our free 60-day return shipping process.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

All approved cancellations will be refunded directly back to the original method of payment utilized during your checkout screen (including PayPal, Credit Cards, or Debit Cards). Sneeber does not issue refunds to alternative financial accounts to maintain strict anti-fraud compliance.

Refund Processing Timelines:

  • Sneeber Processing Window: Refund issued in our backend within 4 business days.
  • Banking/Processor Posting Time: Your card issuer or PayPal networks may take an additional 2 to 3 business days to route the funds back to your account statement.

Fraud Prevention & Merchant Cancellations

To safeguard our merchant operations and customer security, Sneeber reserves the right to unilaterally cancel any order if:

  • Your billing profile information cannot be legally verified.
  • Severe system technical glitches result in incorrect product pricing displays. In any merchant-canceled event, you will be notified instantly via email and issued a 100% full refund to your original payment method.
